You might want to include in the report that donkey years ago misunderstanding and lack of "education" caused folks to think of the "Tritone" as the Devil's Note (diabolus in musica)... this music interval only finally gained grudging acceptance in the last century. (Thank God for that, imagine heavy metal without the Tritone!)
Also,
painting Great Henri Matisse was almost excommunicated because he painted a lady red in a painting he said represented an angel, all because folks then associated the color red with the Devil.
So its all just a case of misunderstanding and folks being real pricks about what these folks think is the "Right" and "Truth"
So write your paper and shove it up these idiots' asses.

the only thing that pisses me off is the fact that the view they're giving is so narrow minded. in a way its like telling just one side of the situation. "oh black metal fans are devoted to satan etcetc" and all that bullshit la. its just sad that the music's being blamed for causing kids to go immoral and all that.
shallow journalism if you ask me. watched the show quite a few times and i dont think they really tackle any issues. yeah "ooh gangsterism and drugs are because people sit at the void deck." kinda thing la. like really la its come to a point where apathy's the best soln. haha.
i just think its bad news for b.metal fans all over la. its gonna be one vicious cycle. when people hear abt b.m being "edgy, satanic, heavy etc etc" there'll definitely be a group of people who'll tell emselves "hey i wanna be cool by being edgy. lets listen to black metal", and so, you get back to sq 1.

On the whole, from my point of view, i think the media had mixed up black metal and satanism and occultism... they should look upon satanism and occultism rather than black metal..
anyway black metal doesnt start like e guys from mayhem and darkthrone did.. it all started juz like any other rock n roll with thrashy, punky influx by Venom..
its gonna be hard for black metal to stay underground UNLESS you people- the black metallers stop ur shitty interviews on the papers... why dont you guys ignore the media... why contribute when you know your ass is being kicked upon!!
Hate to say this but DARK SAVIOUR shouldnt have done the interview!!..its making the whole matter worst...the intention is good- to clear the bad name of Black Metal BBUUTTT this media wont give a shit of it coz they juz wanna earn the bucks........
