BAYBEATS 06 is back!

Pretty dissapointed with a few local bands. Some were awesome though.

Some were Pretty bad.

Kept me thinkinig.

Where are the better local bands?

Where are Camra, Mistaken Identity, Auburn's Epiphany.

Local bands with standard.

true...mellow

bands tat caught my ears...

Page & Electrico

the rest are like too mellow... sori to say. sori if i piss any1

why cant there be like Youthwreck, Soundproof, X-tech, BARB?
yes they sound heavy but they are gd... proven

if not then, we have tons of gd local bands. too many to name all

and yah... i see a lot of colourful zebras.... :p

hmm...i was looking at the damn stage yesterday and thought "why the hell metal bands cant get a chance to play on that type of platform?" Not saying baybeats...but the damn stage...ARGH! i appreciate the music, but how do people mosh to that?hmmm

page was awesome man, very entertaining... jus wonderin why dhalif no hat like the rest of em! :P hence i have to agree, a lot of bands at the "smaller stage" (outdoor theater) should've been at the "bigger stage" (powerhouse).

what's next :?:

yeah man!! where's Auburn's Epiphany!! bloody hell...

Lunarin still kicked massive ass...but the small stage venue is freaking weird...they should be at the big arena while Beezwax go play pop to lazy poseur punks...and maybe they'll mosh over the railing and into the river

one bloody question...WHERE IS RONIN?! man...

but all that i can see was zebras.

red with black stripes. green with black stripes. all of this, i lost count after 20plus thingy..

I personally enjoyed myself a whole lot over the 3 days. Yes, I came for all 3 days for some stuffs. =)

But I had to leave before LoveMe Butch performed on Friday. Heard the crowd was intense then though. :)

Well i had a blast. And I liked how friendly all the bands were. =)

seriously i thought last year's baybeats was better..

anyway where's ronin and monofone? save for the regular (electrico, lunarin).. even surreal also mia :( okay pardon me.. mia here for too long again.. so dont know what's going on.

someone.. sing me something new..

exactly.. god saved the queen; i was so glad that kate of kale (or whatever their name is) isn't playing 8)

.honestly, was quite disappointed with the bands that performed at the Arena.

.there were bands that i somehow feel do not quite deserve to perform at the Arena simply because they were not up to par or thier songs just are'nt groovy enough for the crowd.

.Great Spy Experiment should have been given a slot on the Arena, no doubts about it.

.theres no point letting mellow bands play at the Arena where the crowd is suppose to mosh and dance about.

.somehow they shud consider this for the next cmin Baybeats.

.anyway, Baybeats 2006 was o.k. 8)

i was only able to be there for friday and part of sunday but which were the mellow bands at the Arena? i think most of the ones i saw there were pretty rock-oriented? i caught Ingride, Love Me Butch, Electrico and The Posies and none of them seemed very mellow to me

been there ,. agree that some bands weren't at their best shape.
but to me ok lar.
some daes are gd, some arent'. rite?

lurve concave scream. thy rock .

Errr.. I think if the organisers wanted a night of Muse songs and "originals" that sound very much like Muse's stuff, they'd invite Muse!

Sing me something new indeed..
