hey man...you can order by yourself..you can choose the body and neck with your own set-up....i think you can find the information by the Internet...and what you need just a good producer..i recommend you can find in Viet Nam or Malaysia...hihihihi...just a good choice..because my friend can have a too good condition for PRS guitar...

oo thanks for the advice.

but still, anyone knows the price?

normally the bc-rich body art models don't cost u a bomb.... i am not very sure how much it actually cost.....

Er, just a question. I've heard from this forum that Ibanez guitar's neck is pretty thin. If anyone's seen before the GAX-70, could you tell me if the neck's thin? 'Coz my current SX's neck is kinda big on my hand and although I can play the chords and stuff sitting, it kinda strains my hand while I'm standing...

thats because you hang your guitar too low

What so jialat about tt, if you can play the chords and what not while sitting down, why not standing up?all you gotta do is wear your guitar higher

Darknessfury: playing guitar standing up is abit harder than sitting down. which is why if u intend to jam in a studio or at a gig, u should practice playing standing up at home.

unless, of course, you're in the kind of band that plays sitting down

THAT would be gay...yea...gotta practise standing up more...my neck's pointing pretty high already. Probably just gotta get used to it...

Er...what kind of wide and thin?

darknessfury i can't really play properly standing up too.. muz practise more.. now i try to play standing at home.. n dun hang the guitar so low like billy joel.. looks cool but ur wrist will break.. haha.. find a normal height n work on it..

it takes alot of dexterity at the wrist to play the guitar so low... u can progressively lower your guitar as you get more used to playing it standing up. that's what i did :)

tt's NOT gay...u mean acoustic bands r gay?

Hence the question, "What's so 'cool' about playing your guitar low?"

Sure, it might "look" cool, but not if u can't play at all. Compare John Petrucci (Dream Theater) and Paul Gilbert (Racer X, Mr Big), both shred, both have awesome licks, but their guitar position is entirely different. Not everyone can do the low hanging stunt.

Anyhow, sitting down is NOT gay. It's just that, if u're playing ROCK where u kinda need teh stage presence, you gotta stand up! move about! jump jump jump (another stunt, which is hard too)!

Have fun learning your stunts! who knows, maybe an sg'ian could do the SRV, "play behind ass" stunt!!! :D:D:D

No, no...if you're playing an electric guitar, with cool amps and everything. It would be strange to be sitting on a chair strumming as if that electric guitar was an acoustic one.

This is VERY true. So many young guitarists wannabe like their heroes and thus imitate everything down to how low the guitar is, without taking into account their own physical makeup/limitations.

Whats next along the line for such ppl who endure difficulty in playing a low slung guitar?

Get ready for some pain, then more pain, then a lot of pain, then no more guitar playing for the next 6 months.
