A S.O.F.T effect pedal. Would you guys be interested?

PRIVATE LABEL FX

done by the guys at erotic effects, basically clones of vintage stuff done up very very nicely and you add your own label in. May be a little more ex but heck, a soft.com dm2 clone???
:P :P :P :P

imho..

if really wanna do a soft forum pedal, best if to avoid any clone, circuit for circuit design or component values. Heh, at least must have some pride in it mah. Last thing the effect market need, is clone, without any improvement or xtras thrown in

Even if the basic schematic is taken from the net, at least put in something different, even if its any form of drive/gain circuit.

something like the following

1) clean blend control, ability to blend clean signal with drive signal(either knob control or thru expression pedal control)
2) effect loop
3) Switchable buffer circuit(jfet), able to choose between true bypass or buffer bypass for those who wanna/need it
4) Bass and geetar usable, frequency range suitable for bass and geetar signal.
5) Tuner out jack, add additional switch for this jack. Able to put the tuner outta path of usual effect chain when not in use.

Just something i can think of at the moment

wow, +1

i wld wan a DD-5 like delay or a digital delay with at least analog and digital modes and a tap tempo haha

hard to know whats the prob thou, if just by looking at the pic. Guess either trace back point by point in the circuit according to the schematic or change the tranny and test again. If circuit is using one tranny to cascade the other one, maybe just connect the first stage and to output, test the sound, if ok, add in the 2nd stage.

heh, if not, reverse the tranny and see if it either destroy something or get some weeeee oooooo eeeeeeee oooooo sound like the moosapotamus tri-negistor

UPDATE:
Dumped the parts on the breadboard. Only clean signal passes through. Gonna troubleshoot tmr. Anybody knows what kind of problems it may have? Faulty transistors?

Me wants a 20 band EQ. lolz

hmm... an OD could be nice and cheap.. Everyone would buy it and it would end up becoming the "Singapore Sound"

a boost pedal with gain knob like the ac booster would be cool. or something like the ac+.

maybe an analog delay or a chorus pedal?

already existed for quite sometime liao over certain internet forum(plus some of their other pedals). Heh, the components in it, you prolly can get it locally as well, less than $10sgd perhaps...

well maybe thats why all the more it should be K.L.O.N.E.D.

oh well, people who got money prolly will still buy the original.

Heh, gotta have pride as well mah, if not internet forum no more discussion or pic posting
