omg this seems like a shitload of work man. props to u for having the determination to do it...i would probably stop after making the inlays :D

i think i maybe working on my own guitar soon, just need to learn how to make the neck !!!! google doesnt seem to help on this haha

this thing is ... rigid !! yess... i like it .. i think it'll have a full sound than a regular thin strat trem..
knock it a little and u can feel the difference tone with a regular thin strat trem plate + thin trem block he he he

the neck... first u need to know the size of the fingerboard and nut (if u r using a regular nut or a locking nut floydrose had).. & the size of the join neck body.... n then decide it.. wanna make a bolt on or a set in neck :)
its more like... measuring every important part of the necks :D
try to measure ur guitar neck :) i recommend using a caliper .. will be more precise
once u know the measurement than u can make the neck :D

Wow, you are good at both wood and metal works... amazing. Seriously, you should start a business in guitar and parts making. I guess there will be good demand in this forum.
