ZENG my Strat bridge pickup!

I've tried the SD Classic Stacks too. Neck is awesome and feels like chorus is on all the time, bridge just falls short by a bit, but they're more than decent. Both drive very well.

The newer stack plus are supposedly better. But since Hulla probably wants a hotter pup maybe the classic stack plus won't be what he wants.

actually i dun really need a hotter pickup.. wad i need more of a fatter sounding bridge.

Cuz the single coils bridge are nice and biting but just dun do wad a humbucker bridge does. Probably its because all the guitar i owned before or now had humbucking bridge and its more versatile i feel to handle pop or rock. (flame me for getting a strat and complaining....)

Just need something fatter u get wad i mean? Or maybe i need to switch the 2nd tone knob to be for the bridge instead... hmmm

You probably want a humbucker/singlecoilsized humbucker then... Think you just prefer a humbucker on the bridge. :) Most stacked humbuckers fall into the singlecoil emulation category, with some exceptions (usually these exceptions are hotter pups.)

You can try kinmans. Or, just get a K7 or an active mid boost. Or, a humbucker/stacked pickup, and wire a switch to toggle between series and parallel, with parallel giving you back your vintage strat-like pickup sound.

Getting the 2nd tone knob to adjust the tone of the bridge pickup as well as the middle pickup is just 1 extra wire to solder, btw.

get a set of Fender Hot noiseless pick ups... neck, mid, bridge all calibrated to kix ass....

fatest hotest sgl coil pup I ever tried was DiMArzio SDS1... Fat, deep sounding S.O.B of a pup...
