which guitar should i choose?

hi everyone, im new to this forum and currently i am searching for guitars. i have been playing guitar for almost a year. i m more into the metal genre.

is there any guitars u guys can recommend me? price ranges from 500 - 1000?
brand like gibson ibanez epiphone?

ibanez RG or SA would be very good for that price range... preferably one with a floating bridge...

they all sound almost the same considering the small range of woods and the same pickups they use... if u'd like heavier sounding guitars, mahogany is a good idea...

im not using a good amp.. but will upgrade nxt time..

the guitar shape i prefer is those not so roundy n not so sharp... just normal.. lyk maybe a lp? if its light its better.

it's good to call the distributors to check the prices personally.

the Death Metal pedal (i own one), in addition to the ferocious name, is a little one dimensional in tone. after trying out one, if you feel that's your preferred giutar voicing, invest in it by all means.
