urgent help needed!

hey guys, need some help here. a few days ago, i took out my Jim Root Tele from it's case, and there were some ugly black marks on it. it's only been inside there for a few days, and suddenly these marks appear. my guitar is a matte finish, so i'm extremely scared it won't come off. i've tried wiping it with a water-based cleaner, but it doesn't work. please help. here are the pics to give you a better idea.

isit something convex or concave? ermm how should i say it...

isit something on the body or something scratched it off? check the case bro.

it's something on the body. like a pencil mark, but can't get it off. checked the case alr. nothing there.

hve u tried using gasoline to clean it?
gasoline is good to clean up surface..

Rhonsonoil or lighter fluid if going to Shell for VPower is too demanding...
