The X & X Japan Official Thread

hehe, pretty clowns? I think they make drags look better. Other than yoshiki, the rest pretty much really like clowns, those that make people smile and think wtf

Actually i wud think most that are attract to visual kei, often are impressed with the image before the music.

is it me or that in some circumstances, the fans look more deeply into things than how the artists themselves look at it?

do we really care about whats going on with other people life or that we just wanna listen to the music they produced and look at them no differently as how we are human, just like them. Not our idol, not this person whom we respect as if they are so high up that we can do anything to get whatever there can be, related to them

Nevertheless, X is still a great band that went down as legends.

+1.

Either the person is fanatics or whatever, leave them as it is, it doesnt HURTS

Ok back to X Japan.

Cant wait for Yoshiki and Gackt combination works...

p/s: ive updated the frontpage of X Japan Official thread.

heh, it doesnt hurt to know whats going thru the mind of fanatics actually.

Sometime its pretty interesting and yet intriguing by how far people can go to do things for their fave bands or things etc.

In another way if we see it, will we be inspired to do something similar to those we like and yet not copying them but doing something original and in time to come, might be a new thing?

will we ever be contented to be known as greatest tribute bands or a band thats inspired by and went on to have their own sound?

..

its always the music which touches one's heart, then connects it to past memory and give future hope.

then more is to be known about why the song rocks, why its so personal, then singer/song must be analysed.

communication at that level, response and feedback are most intense and obsession will come into play.

hmmm, i like the way you put it, really!

Sometime i wonder, if a song is so personal, the lyrics all that. Isnt that the pahsah of the person who wrote the words instead of us having to listen to all that and trying to go in the direction of whats written. I cant understand, more and more these days

..

meaning of the song and lyrics always personal to the writer/singer. there is no way that we can touch that. his thoughts and feelings are his own and no one else owns it.

but we will always strive to attain to the personal meaning. the best way is to move on and seek new meaning thru other music or thru life itself.

that includes all, nusrat fateh ali khan to cyndi wang.

Well for me , i am a fan WHO LOVE X, (when taiji is with X).... I love every single of their song.... Ever since heath came in, he screw everything(i am over stating things, haha), look at dahlia, its shit compared to blue blood...........

It was rumoured that toshi left x-japan because he wanted to join a cult, masaya. BUT it was true indeed that after his departure of x-japan, he joined masaya to undergo a music theraphy. His reason was yoshiki song is too sad for him, making him a very depress person.

Perharps if toshi did not leave x-japan, hide wouldnt have died.

Heath is not shit lah, aiyo u so bad. And he did not screw X Japan. Its Yoshiki and his management that should be put the blame on. Taiji left on his own, not was forced or kicked out. Taiji impression of Music and the way X should is very different from Yoshiki...

So he left, rather than sufferring....

But instead, he really suffer himself...

know what? it seems like you guys know them PERSONALLY.

One day I should start a thread talking why Dave is such an ass, while James and Lars are equally bad asses and I'm sympathetic towards Jason cos the sweet guy just kept taking shit by them. What was Kirk thinking when he got the tattos and body piercings? Man at that age... Lars should shut up and stop talking. Lars should take a chill pill.
