Why would you want to get POT to make it? It's not that difficult to make.

The only problem I see would be that killswitch. Mainly because you need a body which is routed for it, and currently, Strat bodies aren't. So, you need a custom job. Extra routing, + solid back + maple top isn't going to be cheap. I think the USACG guys can do it... I know they can pre-drill for bigsby bridges...

Although, good luck in finding a single-ply, 8 hold pearloid pickguard... sommore must cut to accomodate bigsby and extra slider switch. Dunno your cavity got enough space or not... (what's the extra slider for anyways?)

Oh, and why do you want a locking nut with a bigsby? Don't you want to be able to tune the guitar on-the-fly? Then perhaps a bone nut and locking tuners might be better for you.

And you want a bracket for the humbucker even though it's already pickguard mounted? er... strange sia... :roll:

ChanMin, the fretboard on your relic Strat is actually Brazilian rosewood.

bigsby with locking tuners? dont locking tuners make your string go out of tune? thus the fine tuners on a floyd rose bridge.
