It's generalization when you assume that lots of teens just hate Bush because their favourite music icon hates him. :/
I personally think that Bush is a failure. He's worse than his dad[I thought his dad was bad enough] and he's really a bad president. Look at his economic policies, his attitude towards foreign polices, his war-like stance and even his speeches! The world today is almost created solely by the Bush administration. Its effects can be felt worldwide and don't you think it's ridiculous that he managed to succeed in getting a second office term 4 years ago?
He's really a farce. He might just be America's worst president.

Not exactly anti-Bush, but the album Ashes of the Wake by Lamb of God was about their aversion to the Iraq War (e.g. "Now you have something to die for"). The album cover is a bunch of bald headed eagles dropping bombs.
Radiohead's album Hail to the Thief is also a obvious reference to Bush.
