Wa sialah...............2day played 2.5 hrs of soccer with church friends also at bishan park but at the other side. Now my legs sibei cramp and i dunno whether they can recover by tmr. I see first lar.

PAsir ris can take 58..the journey is abit long but it pass by Bishan Park, abt 45min to an hr. Just alight from bustop in front of the mrt track, cross the road to the park.will take you 5 mins to walk to the SPA. Just follow the jogging track thats near to the road.
