Great, now the french guy has showed up and he comes up with stuff about me selling for a profit and me not wanting to play metal etc? This is truly great.. I have no idea i dealt with a true french con-artist - a guy who wanted a damn quick deal since he was moving back to France.
If you guys want to jump the gun on me, go ahead and believe both Chae and Bardu.
Just to help some people understand better - I've never had a need for quick money or profit from this whole guitar market on soft. I mean come on, whats there to earn when this is just a hobby for me. Go ahead and look at my setup.
Moreover, he used words such as harassed? My fender strat not being worth a good 1k of trade value? - It was fully upgraded, cts pots, switchcraft jacks, and upgraded with individually selected pickups (yjm,v54,superdist). It was mint as well.. I think i've explained myself sufficiently..Choose what to believe guys and i just ask for discernment here. Profit and business wise - i'm sure many people have done this. For me, this is in no way a profit making business. I've sold prices reasonably and they have all been bought for me to test out new stuff (mainly pedals) and i in no way sell prices exhorbitantly. If any other guy that i've dealt with here can say so here, i rest my case.
Rest assured, once i'm done selling all my unused stuff here, i'll not bother with the buy/sell cos of such incidents.

I've read it again and i feel extremely unjustified. It alarms me with the fact that now i'm the one making stories up. Bardu has conveniently left out the part where he stated he is the original owner, bought the guitar in france, bought for 2.5k euros? I seriously have been too trusting and i believe this is the first time trust has seriously been misplaced.

I don't say your guitar isn't worth 1K as trade value. I say that it is precisely ;-) ...
And 1K+1 Boss Pedal+600 SGD is approximately 1.8K.
After this, the day you get it, the value jumps from 1.8-2K to 3.2K.
You are totally free to set you price, but then you cannot pretend that you are not interested in profit. And while setting you price, please mention honestly that it is not mint (as i did in my own sale thread).
You want to talk honesty: let's.
You told me your guitar was new, it was already rusted. You told me you wanted to play the guitar, you sell it the moment you get it...
I'm done here, I pointed people to the necessary sales threads. People are smart enough to make up their own minds.

you can sell at any price you want but you need to edit your ad.

u guys are getting everything wrong. who cares if he makes a profit, bardu shouldnt really care. once he sold it its sold good for u. the next owner can sell if for 10mil for all he wants.
but the point is, if it indeed isnt a custom shop, bobster is misleading potential buyers. this is the problem. i'm not going to jump to conclusions so bob, please clarify urself.

And it's because Bob claimed this guitar to be Custom Shop, Limited, Mint, $2.5K Euro purchase price.......which are all NOT.
