how about DNA (Do Not Ask)? I think they had a radio hit back in the day as well, and a performance on tv as well if i remember correctly. oh ye, the singer was this cute chick with a nose piercing

Hey, it's all cool to keep throwing out names but er, does anyone have the mp3s? If not, it's all forum talk.

I've 3 more space. It'd be great if someone can donate the mp3 of the track he/ she nominates. If not, I'll dig through my stash and throw in?

Bestest!

I think if we could add in some of the more recent acts, it'd be pretty cool? KNN, not so much like a nostalgic act like George Lam. Hurhur...

I have EVERYTHING by Humpback Oak, my personal recommendation would be "Ghostfather"

Hmmmm.. i think Kevin Mathews deserves a slot as well. He recently put out an updated version of "My One and Only" or his latest single, "Climate of Fear"

I played on the recordings, but honestly, Kevin has been a mainstayer, supporter and contributer for S-rock that i think he deserves such an honour too.. waddya say Bro AgingYouth Bro?

Bro e bro suggested 'Circling Square' or this track but I thought they included that in the 'Rock For Wayne' comp in 2007. This would be a good one eh?

Amongst the suggestions of the mp3s, I can't seem to locate some of them unfortunately. I think it's a good idea. It's a really well-known song too.

Gotch higher bit-rate than the version on the Power of Pop blog?

Wah Lan Doi! This place suddenly feels like an "old-people-reunion" thread! Heh!

AgingYouth, which email do I send to? I have tracks from Aphelion, Urbankarma, Soulfusion, Axed Ministers, and many other hard rock/metal stuff.

Actually I was also looking for the two Tri-Ryche tracks from Myx Metal Assault. Anyone have?

dunno if you guys remember "kopi kat klan - why you so like that"

my sis bought the tape then, it was very funny...

While listening to the fantastic compilation (thanks again AgingYouth bro!), my memory got jogged and i remember....

Kevin Matthews = The Crowd = "My One & Only", the radio hit back in the 90s on 98.7fm!!!!
Then there was also Black Suns.
Then there was Douglas Oliveiro's "Fly To The Moon" single, with his bare bodied leather jacket MTV!
Then there was Jessica Soo, and this rock band with chick called D.N.A. (Do Not Ask).
Post-Oddfellows, there was Kelvin Tan who recently re-released all his albums online for free downloads rite?
Who can forget rap duo Construction Site, featuring Shiekh Haikel & Ash?
Rock never dies with Lovehunters, Heritage, Thunderbirds, Culture Vulture.
Cliff Richard of Singapore = Vernon Cornelius of The Quests
Whatever happened to the MTVs made by bands like Oddfellows, Pagans, Daze, etc? Anyone has archived a copy of them?? Upload to YouTube leh! I know i can still find Force Vomit videos online!
Who still have cassette copies of compilation released by Mouse Records back then?

OMG... it's all coming back to me now!!!!
