Wow... like i said in the earlier threads, pls keep those comments coming in. But NO personal comments. Just comment bout the shows and also predict who will be going thru the final 12.

My prediction would be Hady & idunnowho cuz i only see enough of hady during the caldicott show.

Seriously i would think all the contestants should have an equal number of air time. My 5 cents of comments.

yeaa..i think they kinda only let us hear hadi's vocals..if memory serves me right, i think i never heard e other guys' vocals..maybe they all haf veri little hopes of making it big time, except fer hadi..he's got mad vocals man..he's definitely gt my vote..

a friend of mine from indonesia made a comment while watching it, he says is this the best you can offer i was piss really but then again who can i blame, oh well i blame mediacorp and the judges. The singers put up great effort to be there.

Are the indonesians any better?

not to spark off a chain of fury-replies, but if you do happen to chance upon the Indonesian idol, i would say that they beat the current ones hands down.

Well, there are many Singaporeans who can sing dammn well and they still refuse to go to Idol...idol-phobia...haha...

wooit..

nikki? her voice is good man.. she is one one of the highly rated singers in malaysia and even bagged the best newcomer in the recent APM (malay equivalent of the grammys)

Man last time I checked the Malaysian & Idon Idols were +100 over what our local selectors could come up with..no kidding..... bigger talent pool or selection problems? :x

Hey joining Singapore Idol if you're a really good singer is like killing your street cred. I mean look like sylvester and taufik, all being ripped upon and seen as "selling out". For those in performing bands and such I doubt they'll actually enter Singapore Idol to make it big.

Sometimes I wonder if the SG Idol contestants can sing in key or not, can the arranger be more adventurous in giving them higher key to push the envelope, can the music arranger record & arrange more "happening" minus one tracks for the contestants so dat it doesnt sound like they are using "Best of Fitti" karaoke backing disc....

The Gomez wayang guy cant sing but his slick showmanship & dancing gets him my vote.... the rest.....

Maybe the audience shud do like the MASTERCARD AD and release some birds in the studio for good luck?? :x

something about gomez isn't really right. look at where his eyeballs goes. but cant blame though, perhaps stage fright ..

i feel that Adil's voice is somewhat funny. might go out of tune anytime man...

Think Daphne Khoo. She's not exactly big but she landed a spot in West Grand. cool enough for me

I was away in Bintan and I watched it there. Honestly, I did not enjoy Joakim's performance. And a few others... But what happened? Joakim got through. Why? I think it's because Geek In Pink is a popular song... and he's one of the good looking ones.

GAH/

Hady, the one on the right, he was a singer in Devil's Bar. The band is still there, but changed singer. Somehow, the new singer, I think he's better than Hady ~ :P
