I know from many of your posts in these forums that Swee Lee has questionable customer service but this is too much!

there are unbecoming sales people everywhere, to hold the entire company accountable for particular incidences is a personal retaliation. we also know from many of the posts in this forum that there are very capable sales people at swee lee as well.

i am, of course, not siding with anyone/ company on this matter. if the sales person concerned is reading this, some clarifications would be useful. perhaps any of the swee lee personnel could offer some insight.
