RSAF F5E's are flying over my house, and they are pissing me off

for the past week or so tigersharks have been flying over my house... sometimes for the duration of 1 hour or more. this would happen at around 9am to 'remind' me to get out of bed.

now it is 2.50pm, and they are still doing their rounds. i dont know if its a first in the afternoon, or it is just that i've not been home in the afternoons to witness it.

they fly low enough for me to see the camo and detailing of the planes (maybe my eyesight is good??). but unlike F16's, F5 are slow buggers especially when fully loaded, and they drag across the sky creating hell lot of noise

firstly i dont know if singapore is really under IMMINENT danger rather than POTENTIAL danger. maybe singapore is gonna go to war with malaysia tmr causing ASEAN and international relations all over the world to collapse, i dunno. but why must it happen over MY HOUSE?!?!

they are preparing for the open house this sat and sun. i dunno about you guys but i love the sound of jet planes flying past especially when its two f-16s in formation. i heard this year open house has the black knights performing as well. dunno whether its true or not but should be a good show

Haha then you should come. This is the first time we are showcasing the EC120 chopper too. There will be lucky draws for a ride on the hot air balloon, and also draws for joy rides on either the C130, F50, CH47 or Piper Warrior. 1200 tickets to be won over two days.

DAMN HELL YEA WE SHOULD COMPLAIN! wtf sia i had to attempt to study for my test while those noisy pieces of S**t flew around and drove the dogs in the neighbourhood into their barking frenzies. kembagan is supposed to be a nice quiet neighbourhood.

i like airshows. but continuous noise at that volume for 2 whole hours is seriously no joke. RSAF is just too much man. i couldnt study at all.

its worst if you live off the San Fransisco Naval base where F-18s take off and land like nobodys business , you could do something typical and complain though , well you obviously already have to us !

Me being an aviation enthusiast (see avatar pl0x) id really consider it a privilege to see the birds so up close. but i do understand ur agony bro...noisy.

My Jc was near Tengah airbase and F-16s would fly over my school EVERYDAY at around ~700ft or so with landing gear down and all. can see all the payload/fueltanks really close up, damn nice. which is why every tutorial room in my school was airconditioned to keep the noise out =)
