female soccer players (ronaldo's wife) that play better than male soccer players (ronaldo)

Ronaldo is like Eric Clapton - old, slow, fat and unmotivated 8O but man, he's still got the touch..

ermm sage..

"You guys must be one of those poor deprived sods that fit the bill. What's the excuse; can't last long enough before a goodlooker, or too small?"

i can't help but notice how bad this sticks out.
i'm afraid you're subjecting yourself down to the same superficial level on that remark. the last time a girl who thought too much of herself said that to me I just had to tell her the blunt truth "i'm more than average, less than perfect in everyway, please don't blame the nice guys who are born small down there because they really don't mind you if you're born loose down there."

because desperate boys will be desperate boys, typical girls will be typical girls and idiots will always be idiots (surely you can understand that). there are better alternative ways to stand up out of respect for your gender. i believe you're a lot smarter than that from the impression you give in your earlier posts.

i'm quite neutral on this myself. boys love music and boys love girls. girls love music and girl's love boys attention.and everyone will have their individual preference. there's no ways to set all of us together on a one track mind except 1 thing : music.

what? we're still talking? stick to the thread subject!

give us some pictures.

talk does not cook rice.... pictures do.

blueprintstudios:

Sorry. I was in no way trying to defend my gender (truth be told I can't stand girls) and I know I might have come off feminist over there, but I wouldn't have said a thing if there wasn't a mention of us being sex objects here.
This is a forum and I am shocked at how comments like that are allowed to scoot by.

I know it's natural for boys to like girls, girls with big t*ts, long legs, etc etc. You guys could like em for as long as you like and have your list of preferences as well. God knows we've heard enough to get immuned to it even though we wished guys could judge a woman through different factors. That's 20th century talk these days.
But to reanimate their worth into something of a sex object as directly and openly as that in a public forum with a whole mix of genders, more so without the thought of their dignity as a musician (which thoroughly offends me- visa, of all the nerve... especially after you've posted your pics.), deserves a bite on the same level, don't you agree?

I admit I might have lost my head over there, but put yourself in my shoes for a while and you'd probably understand why. It's hard trying to get guys to listen to a band without the interest in how many chicks there are in it getting involved. Natural order? I suppose, so we don't have a choice but to ignore that. There are girls who catch a band just for its hot guy members as well.
But dude, we don't go around saying "wow that guy bassist is so hot i wish he'd wear tighter pants and take that shirt off!", do we? More so, we definitely won't gussy about wondering about whether they'd make good in bed. Sex objects are indeed out of scenario here.

It's even harder to disown a thought that girls can be easily seen as sex objects thanks to the media these days. We're trying to save what's left of our integrity and still trying to abolish that subconscious view men generally have when all we want is the respect of a musician. Ten million times mentioned, so you guys get the drill yada yada.

I respect guys and men just as much as I respect girls (and maybe a little more since i don't understand their thought mechanisms half the time), and I was only replying in response to those two numbducks over there. A little more respect please, because I'd hate to think I'll be performing to the likes of dirtbags like those. Seriously................

Sorry for anyone else who took offence, next time I'll private message okay?

PS. Are there really girls who are born loose? Like really?

And as for the rest of you...

sage : well take it easy, when I read visa's post at first it does look like it's pure crap coming from him, then again reading further i think he was shooting off an inconsiderate joke (well at least I know I didn't take his comments seriously).

and yes imagine being in your shoes, and your righteous thoughts, anyone would react the way you did. and do get used to it. because you'd find today's music relate topics to stuff like booty, strippers, sex, drugs, gangs etc. the world out there needs education. you see guys singing stuff about girls > sex. but you don't see girls doing it to the guys because that backfires them as "cheap" i guess.

you get to gain a level of respect trying to preserve all integrity and morals but do try to avoid the feminist approach cos fumbducks are going to look at you as if you're frigid or somethin', after all this is a forum. and people are just here for fun , knowledge, and most important sharing opinions so we keep our minds open. let your musicianship on stage do the talking instead of trying to get your point across here. like one of the guys who mentioned misissued's guitarist anvea, I admit the first time I saw the band play in 2003, she seemed to me as if she's just a petite girl whose guitar is going to rock her off stage instead of her playing the guitar. and yeah that really made me get my mind out of the gutter cos she does it (stage presence) better than alot more guys out there. So I believe you can do the same.

Fight and win your own sex-label war without even trying and enjoying yourself at the same time.

20¢ worth.

P.S : ladies of course aren't born loose. they're already just done by me by the time you met them.   ahem kidding. it's just my way to handle reverse psychology towards the ones who can't keep their legs and big mouth closed.

who cares if girls can play their instruments!

as long as they can be justified and objectified as sex objects for our pleasure, hmm?

It might sound quite insulting to female musicians out there, but I prefer to take this kind of comments in a more positive manner like...

A masculine instrument such as a guitar or even a skateboard does bring out the feminity of a woman, it adds on to the woman's sex appeal. Sex appeal is good in the sense that it attracts the opposite sex in a sensual manner (not necessary sexual manner refer to dictionary on the different definitions of the two words)

The whole reason why I am advocating this is because I feel that females bring out the sexy-ness of playing an instrument. (Remember your young female piano teacher?) And it beautifies music, literally. The feminity of a woman's touch on the notes of an instrument produces a whole new meaning to feel of the music.

I always found my mother very attractive whenever she plays the piano, it brings about this whole new dimension of what you term "music" where i can feel her story and feelings in every note she plays.

This is the woman's sensuality in music.
Not a sex object for pleasure.

blueprintstudios, I private messaged you :}

- AverRal, I think I know what you're getting at, and by all means, I respect your thoughts. I just have to add that there is an uber thin line between sensuality and sexuality. Food for thought, perhaps..

I just wanna add something, since my brain's pretty much spilling out at this point.
I think glam shots with instruments are dumb and attention-whoring. Show your passion, go ahead babes, but grabbing a guitar and sitting down next to it with some sultry look ain't passion to me. You wanna show your passion, show it the right way. Your ten million gadget rack or two thousand guitars. Or tell us how long you've been playing. Tell us what you named your instrument. Tell us your amp sucks. Your success in causing a racket to your neighbour. Show that pile of broken guitar strings you're intending to turn into a bracelet. Your guitar bag plastered with your favourite band badges. That hole in your snare. Gig shots. You moshing and headbanging.
Anything lah please, anything except that "F*** Me" look. Don't desanctify music and its mediums, k?

My five cents.......... and one ciggie.
