Real deal?

lol relax bro, i believe you. I'm just trying to state that if you were really trying to make a quick buck, it would be easier doing the above mentioned way instead of what you're doing now. Peace man!

wildchild666, you have read and replied to the posts in this thread, yet in your message to me you still claim to not know what is wrong with the guitar?!

your friend is obviously avoiding me, why would she do so? she clearly feels guilty about the deal.

again, I would like to settle this between us, instead of blowing this matter up.

yeah man i dont think wildchild is the one whose trying to scam or anything here, if he had the intention to do so, he wouldn't even bother to reply us already. but on your part wildchild, you should get the girl to call ryan and make sure she does it, and there you go, solve it amicably! Make the world a better place!

Look ...all you .... i am makin a statement so that this MORON and his other moronic friends will be more careful what they do online ....

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS .....period.

Yes this is how things should go.

I agree with goose on this. Frankly speaking you are responsible for your actions.

Ryan if i were you i would stop wasting time trying to contact wildchild or his friend just go straight to take action.

Let this be a lesson to do your research before purchasing anything.

Exactly, and I don't know if sometimes people don't realize that selling a fake guitar is against the law (or laws since several might be involved) and can get you into serious trouble when the cheated buyer wants to take it to the extreme (which I doubt in this case).

There is a nice passage in the Singaporean Penal Code about Cheating which ends with the following sentence:
Cheating is punished with imprisonment of up to one year, or a fine, or both.

If this is not enough then there is the law of contract with a passage about fraudulent misrepresentation (and every sale here constitutes a contract) and as well the law about intellectual property for the fake guitar itself.

So in this sense you should be more than careful. Don't sell on behalf of someone you don't really know without due diligence and put yourself into the line of fire.
