Just that his is a strat and mine's a tele.

I got the neck for less than current prices since USACG just had a price hike recently. It ended up being slightly less than 600SGD. Should be about 60-90SGD more now I think.

Anyways, the pickups going into this thinline are gonna be GFS Mean90s with a simple 3-way wiring.

On a side note, unfinished indian rosewood really smells like urine :???:

I don't think I'll be putting a finish on the neck. The feel of unfinished rosewood is really smooth

Diezel Power

At last,the Diezel vh4 is here
Received it last friday night
Finally had the time to sit down and play with it
This amp is huge and heavy.Monster of an amp.
German precision at its best.
It is going to be my studio and gig amp.
Too loud for home use.

its a rocking amp. did you get it from blackwood guitars? since i check every amp that comes in (to fix any minor problem) i had a chance to fire it up to gig volumes thru the mesa 4x12 cab.

mean tones and so deep and big and clear bass that pedals started falling off the shelf!

Yo Jason,that msg about the transformer is for my incoming Bogner Uberschall.Got a little bit worried cause some dude on the other forum warned about how sensitive the uber is with the hz .The diezel is super tight and smooth sounding amp.The bottom end is big and weighty.Very versatile.4 chnls...The mesa recto just different.More aggressive than the vh4 with looser feel.
