Azman bass man also left... he left to play full time at one night stand. Die all the lobangs all gone, all the ones that actually know whats going on are but none left.

Everyone can also work at yamaha now...just say its in the warehouse or still shipping....take about 3 months...usual lah.

Anyway, when there's an over-demanding management at your neck pressurising and stressing you like you're just a part time salesman though you've been working for 15 full years, with tons of experience... Well, i just guess they're just forcing you to resign...

imho, it ain't Beez's loss at the end of the day...

He ain't the only one who's contemplating this route.
 
I dont think any company will force someone to resign if they think someone is an asset to them, esp if, as you said, the person has many years of experience.....why is the person only a sales staff and not a sales director ??

Likewise, why should a company pressurize you if you have really contributed enough to satisfy them ?

You're right for 1 point, if the personnel has many years of experience why would the company not want them? You think a working environment is like some holy ground? Office politics and grudges are always present, there are pricks who'd resort to anything to get back at anyone.

By the way mussels, new to soft? Welcome, i supposed from your date of joining...you've just registered just after we made our replies to Insecticide's post?

My my, sudden influx of few new members who'd only post in threads about yamaha. Seems like combo shop is the talk of the town nowadays. Insecticide, mussels......what username next? Sea hum? chicken?
 
ok, i don't need extra spices on the forum. keep it cool and just let things move on.
 
I heard news regarding some sales problem at the combo shop,
that's why the old staff left. Now the shop is looking for people to
join part-time/full-time with a commitment that you can earn at least
$2500.

there's no point speculating if they're just rumors. Even if they are true.

Do remember it's rather unfair to those involved who do not actively participate in the forum to clarify their stand and the facts.

And we should look forward to changes. :)
