Nonetheless, i'm open if you need insights with certain gear and stuff.

We really have nothing against your brother's teacher. We just saw those 2 videos, and realised, the guitar is either out of tune or not properly intonated. Morever, based on those 2 videos, and pertaining to those 2 videos, we draw some conclusions in the context of those 2 videos.

I hope you are not one of those who think along the lines of:

If you can't cook chicken rice, you have no right to say, my chicken rice tastes bad.
