Ok, this is what I have to say hope you guys don’t mind..
Giving damaging or otherwise known as belittling feed back and giving constructive feed falls under two different categories...
Giving constructive feedback isn’t lying; it’s encoring the other party to continue perusing their art. I believe that the people here at soft.com are very active and passionate musicians at the same time they are very approachable people and they put forth their thoughts with care just so people do not get offended...
Giving damaging feed back is being blatantly honest without even thinking of how the other party might feel... When it comes to subjective things like music, nobody can be the judge, coz one man's meat is another man poison dude.
Lets just put it this way, different people have different ways of handling things, and that’s something we all have to respect however I believe that the culture of constructive feedback thrives here at soft and That’s the way it should be, if we want more promising musicians to bud.

he said its just his different musical style.
i then told him his attitude sucks.
he said he's just laid-back style.
i then told him he's an arrogant piece of shit.
he said i was a person of lower intelligence.
perspectives... isn't it interesting how self-delusion and acceptance of ones own individuality are the same thing but viewed at a different angle?
