Mass Order Gotoh FR Anyone?

Im ok with or w/o the nut and I will go with the flow..... Although I agree wt Shreadcow that its worf it to get the whole set esp that little piece of metal nut shim for ppl like me who use jumbo frets .... but basically I'm curious - when gotoh sells the whole FR set in the box - its a complete set.... Now they are "making" a few sets .... ??

Sorry is itthe nut alone or the whole set? The link to the website shows the whole set under the nut listing.

If the whole set nut, nut shim, string tree, allen keys, screews etc then I'm going for the whole set....

If JUST the nut alone then I go for the FR only....

From my understanding:
Why can't made to order be mass also?
Why is it weird?
They are simply telling us that they made when there is order.
I think this make good business sense - at least lower inventory
I believe most firm is made to order since there is a lead time,
For our case 2-3wks
But that does not mean they can't cater to the mass
I believe Gotoh has the facilities to do mass production
