hoegarrden white is beer for pussies. its not even beer! its cough syrup!!!

Grand Cru used to taste ok but the TART taste is too overwhelming for me now and the alcohol content is whoooooooo hooooooooo.

Forbidden Fruit has got a nicer taste but the alcohol....... whooooooo hooooooooo.......

Moosehead si canada eh chiu.... use www.google.com lah! haiyor! Got a bunch from Taka's supermarket. Yum Yum.

my homebrew recently have been kicking back in my face.

realised that I've not done enough on sanitation and some off taste are due to bacteria infection.

dammit... its more of an art than science!

wha!! time to pay taka a visit and acquaint myself. forbidden fruit i wanna try and grand cru ive heard of but never tasted.. i have half a mind to print out the list that edder went on abt and try try man! just like effect! try try! :D

eh u noe wad, i think its true u noe, my friend's making his own alcohol but he and his bro bro still trying to figure a way to cope with that bacterial problem, i suggested using microwaves to kill off the bacteria, but then again u cant heat the thing in a microwave that can cook rice can you.. and its costly to invest in those uv ray thingies that disinfects the thing.. hmm

I like to visit Cold Storage, Jason's and those ang mo-ish stores to check out the beer section.

I got a bottle of HEMP beer when I was at Bishan NTUC. Didn't do much for me though! hahaha...

There are quite a bit more to try other than the regular Foster/VB/Asahi/etc and available but no guarantees you'd like it cos I personally don't for some.

Groslch (sp!) (BITTER but will try it some more. nice bottle)
Duvel (Quite allright but can't remember much. Need some more)
Paulaner Hefeweizen (YUCKS!)
Either Yebisu or Sapporo (I like one of their dark one A LOT! And the other light one flows down like a thirst quencher but not much taste though)

Available in Ice Cold but it could get a little too strong for people who are used to the normal whites. I tend to agree with edder. Getting a bit bored with Hoegaarden. Drinking it way too much.

Ice cold has this Leffe white (i think). I tried the blonde one at Food and Hotel Asia exhibition. Kick arse man... but the white one is a lil too sweet for me.

dammit.... Leffe is one beer that I wanna taste... Ice Cold ain't exactly my type of joint but ah for the sake of good beer...

Brewerks have their bottled beer on sale as well. And their Happy hour prices... at really HAPPY HOURS is soooooo HAPPY.

I don't mind getting pissed one of these afternoons there.
