interesting that u say "they are a victim of consequences' when they are innocent and can be prevented from death...but i wont go into the political details...i guess when everybody dies, they are a victim of consequences then in one way or another...
If their deaths can be prevented, but they aren't, aren't they victims of the consequence of Man's doing, or in this case, Man's lack of doing? Usually the word 'victim' is often used in the phrase 'an innocent victim of'. So I do not get why you are implying that calling them 'victims of consequence' would suggest anything other than their innocence.
To stay on topic, Michael Jackson was clearly a victim of the cruelty that people are capable of doing on each other. Greed for money, media ratings, what-have-yous. Yes, he was eccentric, oftentimes just asking to be misunderstood, but he was clearly exploited by both the media and the people who were in his entourage. It's a shame.
