One question off-topic. IS TGM A SINGAPORE BRAND? I got cheated 300 bucks for a TGM WARLOCK. And its sucks my d*ck. Regret buying it 101% Should have bought a fender strat or a LTD Viper 50..
 
I've heard a few times of TGMs turning out to be impressive, but for the most part I'd avoid them. You get what you pay for. You pay more, usually you get better workmanship, better tone, better reliability, etc. And $300 for a TGM is very unusual...
 
EugeneSmasher: I agree to a certain extent that "you pay more, usually you get better workmanship, better tone, better reliability, etc." But some guitars for example, les paul copies and the real thing don't really differ much... and some might find the edwards/burny/orville better than the present gibsons... when they are paying less than half of a new gibson les paul.

Actually, SXs are supposedly not bad, but perhaps they're better for beginners. It's always worth it to get something from a brand that's more well known, with endorsees as well, and with a relatively good reputation on their low-ends too.
 
relax... but it can still be played right? LOL. I'm using a 300bucks guitar too... and I don't know what's wrong with it though... I only know that because of this $300 guitar, my telecaster is collecting dust.... so it's how you look at that instrument. this 300 bucks guitar is an lp copy and my favuorite guitarist is jimmy page so I prefer the lp copy now though... How do you see your TGM/SX as? Do you have a favourite guitarist who is using the warlock shape guitar or etc?
 
I've made a decision. I'm gonna sell my TGM Warlock at the Buy/Sell Guitar section for less than 250 bucks and from there, I save up more money and get a LTD Viper 50. How's that?

Actually, I was attracted to Nergal of Behemoth's Flying V. Its and LTD and its black in colour. It was my guitar dream to have it until I realised a Flying V is too big for me. I'm 153cm in height and I weigh 38kg and I'm 14. I'm a small douchebag.

And now, I'm addicted to Tony Lommi of Black Sabbath 's custom guitar, or rather the shape of the guitar. A Viper 50 looks 70% like it. And it is cheap. Saw it at 325 dollars at Davis.
 
For now, Viper 50 would satisfy my LTD Orgasm. Watch out for my stupid TGM WARLOCK POST TOMORROW - WITH PHOTOS lolzz -.-
