got a crush on her

If you look pasty and scrawny with emo floppy hair and you've only got hair only on your armpits and head and your nether regions, then need to think of other strategies lah.

Like Peter Russel said -

"BE A MAN!!"

It's RUSSELL PETERS!

I think there's absolutely nothing wrong with clearing up the hair in your armpits! I think armpit hair is gross and messy maintenance, I think I can find quite a few girls who prefer guys without armpit hair. Maybe because I'm extremely picky on who I hang out with.

Clean armpits are a better option.

Though, just be yourself. If she doesn't like you for who you are, she's not for you.

one best advice i can tell u, don't get TOO CLINGY!!!

play it cool and maybe jot down in a diary or blog or whatever sith u can find about ur progress.

don't make the mistake of being her BFF (best friend forever), cos once you are typecast by her as best friend, she'll never look at you as boyfriend material

Follow her home from school every day, but make sure nobody sees you. That way you will be able to appear immediately in case she gets robbed/raped/gets into an accident and look like a coincidental hero(chicks love that stuff). But in case she doesn't get into any accidents, make sure you always let her catch glimpses of you following her so that she'll know that you're watching out for her. But only if you're getting tired of the whole protecting shit okay? So remember to hide behind pillars and walls as if you were a detective/private investigator/kaypoh aunty in a TV drama. If she catches you, run like hell.

IMPORTANT: Don't make any verbal/physical contact with her, that way it will seem like no one is with her, and it will make her more "appealing" to potential criminals.

Oh, and don't worry. This isn't stalking, it's called... erm... hidden security/bodyguarding...

When the police come and attempt to arrest you for stalking(pah, stalking is for creepy people, we're protecting her), remember to confess your love for her in a loud manner because it may be your last chance before you go to jail, struggle with the police to show your commitment(maybe you'll get free ).

I'm sure many of us softies have success stories of hidden-security-protection-bodyguarding. Now go and win her heart!

PS. You now owe me a drink for giving you this super secret tip.

pre-tertiary people are so unfriendly, I mean not really but when your sec4/5 they don't seem to respond to smiles and friendly gestures, I think reserved is the word, okay but your friends with her right?

Do elaborate if you want a bit more help!

Anyway one more year, "tank" it.
Once you get past this hurdle there's so much more things to see, (freshman here) and anyway, haven't even started orientation yet and already some of us are already trying to feel comfortable around each other and not feel so reserved.

Oh btw, distortedbassist, already have eh!

Dude,

Ignore her..

Study hard...,

Practice your guitar instead...,

get a job,

practice some more...

Continue working...

Play in Gigs...

Girls will come!

I think sure have lah, some of us (boys) in these forums have these problems right!

I never had these problems, maybe because I find most Singaporean females somewhat unattractive. Definitely not physically, but rather, it's their ability to hold a deep and interesting conversation. I do know a few who are capable of doing so, but then again, the aforementioned people happen to have been educated overseas.

Not only that, I do not understand why Singaporean females, despite having the spending power of say, the average western European, do not know how to carry themselves.

Here's a little anecdote from a friend of mine who is a classics lecturer at King's College.

He and a few of his colleagues/friends were giving a lecture on antiquities (or something like that). A Singaporean lady in the audience displayed an appalling level of etiquette when she kept saying "come again?". If you have a question, you wait till the end of the conference, not should out "COME AGAIN?", not to mention you should not even be saying "COME AGAIN?" as it is rude and virtually unused outside of south-east Asia. Naturally, one of the lecturers got annoyed and said "I'm sorry my dear, but I am a man, I only come once, if you miss it, you miss it" The audience held their breaths for a second - I believe the lady in question most probably had trouble understanding English as it is spoken by the English, chances are she only understands Singlish as it is broken by the Singaporeans - and went "COME AGAIN?"

That unfortunately happens to represent a very large proportion of the female population in Singapore. Therefore please do not make sweeping statements as you have, perhaps some day I will have these problems, when I'm looking in the right place.

I got a much more super power mighty tips.

1st: You introduced the girl to me.
2nd: I test drive her.
3rd: I'll tell you what she really wants.
4th: You can have her.
5th: Test drive her.

Are we talking about cars or girls?

Its okay you got a point, somewhat. However I'm talking about people around our age range, say 14-18?
I'm not sure how old you are, however I'm sure I will understand/experience what you have soon enough.
