my band will not be free on chrismas eve and new years eve. we'll free for the rest of the days. but for the organising thingy, do already apply the licensing stuff already? other than that, i think 50 bucks would be ok. on the other hand, maybe u could put an entrance fee(maybe 4 or 5 bucks) for people who come to cover up some costs so bands might pay lesser. how abt eqiupment? i can help out on some stuff if u need to... black_ductape@yahoo.com.sg

ok.. here's my idea... if u got the venue confirmed and booked soon(the sooner the better), why not we start selling tix early... but that may be a problem that if we didnt sell enough tix, we confirm die....

or better still, some bands lend guitar amps... i would love to help,but my band, we only got 15 watts amp. that's basicly no use.. but if its really urgent and there's no more choice, i can lend the 15 watt amp ... but there must be mic in so at least can hear something...

Are you talking about a drum riser thrown in? I have a friend who could provide ard SGD450 for amps, PA and a drumset. If I'm not wrong, no drum riser.
