Gear News 2006

I was alone. And yea those corts have pretty cool designs. and the price matches with Ibanez's. Which I find quite surprising.

yes! those corts looked nice i agree! haha and they have those semi-hollow corts which look nice too!

Man...what's taking so long for the price for the Epi LP Junior to be shown? Can't buy due to that...

This is very exciting. A great beginner amp and it records quite nicely too!

well.. its good but theres better imo. Before you decide to fork out money to buy any cube amp, please try out the VOX(valvetronix, Da) counterparts.
The Vox Da5 is way more versatile for a slightly higher price, and it does give a more analog sound than the cube/ microcube. And i did notice that the microcube didnt work quite well with single coils..

subversion, is the vox da5 review coming up soon?

yesterday i went swee lee , i saw that they have stocked up on their BOSS items, and i managed to catch a glimpse of their stock list which was lying around, guess what, I saw that they have brought in the new RC-2 Loop Station, I wanted to buy that, but they only brought in 5 units, all let ppl buy liao. Net price is $300 if i am not wrong...

The Epiphone Les Paul Junior Special is $325 before discount. Bought mine just now, collecting tomorrow...I must say, it was very impressive...though heavier than my strat and pickups were a little muddy, every other detail was amazing! Tried it through the Cube30...

agree, vox DA5 is quite good. I tried that one too at City Music. Priced at $219 after usual discount.

Can't compare it to cube 20 though. It's in the same league with Micro Cube, IMHO.
