Tommy does try to give good service... and i'm glad they do re-do stuff when it doesnt' turn out as expected.

I waited quite a few months for my neck... they forgot the floyd rose locking nut at first, then offered me the neck @ - USD100 or i gotta wait another month for them to rebuild. I wanted another one and in 1 mth, it was done.

my latest
yamaha silent classical guitar.
just one design flaw with it, the upper bout is copied from the steel string version.
so its designed to fit your body with the guitar resting on your right leg, meaning you cant play classical properly in the proper position.
good thing the upper bout can be easily removed.

basically its an electric guitar, can plug headphones direct to it.
the 2 built-in reverbs on it sound decent enough.
