First of all, violence is never a solution. I don't know Emo or Punk or whatever it's called. But, it is best to leave people as they are. Everyone has their own preferences so we must respect what people wish to be and believed in so as to be respected by others too.

That unfortunate incident happened in Mexico and I don't think it's wise to bring it up here as things are different. There's nothing to fight for but you may show what you believe in with pride.

At the end of the day, we're all just human. Some people prefer this but it doesn't give that people to hate others who prefer that for instance. I may not like techno music but I have no right to hate those who love it. So it is just about preference.
