yeah... I've got a few 80's guitar on hand... which means by now they should be around 20 years old!

Those days they had better choice for tone wood...but
its more like pu =dying magnets = vintage tone.

Supposedly the SD Antiquities are made to such vintage specs. So maybe they used a demagnetizer during the process and call them "aging". Clever.

I do feel the wood plays a part though. New guitars - the wood feels and sounds dry to me. Or I could just be hallucinating.

demagnetization is not a partial process.

Its like analogue 1.0283043 - 10.19327493versus digital 1 - 0

Either its demagnetized or not. I just blabbering. I don't know anything about this.
