Everyone's a victim,just a matter of POV. If you ask AWARE to look at this case,they would tell you its' the boy's problem,the teacher's the victim. However,if you ask the Counsellors to comment,they would say its perfectly normal for a boy to be so 'worked-up' as his hormones are still maturing,in fact,they might say its the teacher's fault. Being a teacher and not teaching the boy proper.

there are 2 subjects in that sentence. WOMAN and VICTIM. obviously, the woman is not the victim, nor is the victim the woman.

minors are kept anonymous. but if the newspaper wrote "SON OF TAN PENG CHUAN ROBERT (45), TELOK BLANGAH" then it defeats the purpose of anonymity because everyone who knows robert tan and probably half of telok blangah is going to know who the kid is.
