I was wondering if anyone knew drop tuning chords such as these?

drop tuning, as with other things associated with guitars, been around for a long long long time.

Use a 7 string guitar.
Use heavier gauge strings and tune low.
Use a baritone guitar and tune to B. Your F chord will be teh C.

Drop tunings are really nice especially for heavier music that's more experimental. Drop tuning I find is very easy to come up with new chords and stuff. I personally use either drop-D or standard-E.

F#-B-E-A-D-F#-B.

OH and use a bass amp while you're at it.... and file those nuts and saddles and enlarge the tuning peg holes while you're at it :mrgreen:
