Ummm...there's one idea. Get a bucket of water, half filled with cold water and put in some ice. Soak your feet in there.
Another method I'm trying out (which worked so far), close your room window and switch your fan to max speed, stationary position (facing you). I think I'm nuts but I feel that closing the window will "block off the humidity and heat from the outside world". But I am known to be autistic and neurotic sooo...
