hahaha abit.

furthermore, the direction +44 went is somewhr i think blink wud go if they didnt break up.

more synths and darker lyrics

and less UMPH~ hhaha although some songs seronok ah hahaha. i must force myself to listen to the album later ah..

its okie :) all the best man.. u sounded like u haven't got ur songs together yet.. would love to catch ur band in action on sunday (if i have the time).

I dun recall Nirvana or Muse being punk rock, but nowaday genres are so hard to define right? All the best for ur performance..

yeah true

most bands start of playing a genre they were influenced by (ie, punk rock for blink). but eventually they wud change their style.

Check out this J-punk rock band Ellegarden on Youtube.

They are awesome P-Rockers & very Blink style  They got a new single - Salamander.

there's no way you can compare +44 AVA and Boxcar... Even if they come back together as blink182, things will never be the same... I would LOVE to have a blink tribute gig. Hahaha. My band LOVES blink more than anything else in the world other than God. They were the ones that got me to play guitar, say retarded things and many other stuff i can't think of right now... It's really damn sad to see friends that were once SO close to each other now treating each other like enemies... Recently, +44 had an interview with Kerrang! magazine. Once they guy said something about Tom, Travis immediatly replied "Fuck that dude!" how freaking sad is that?! I felt like burning the magazine. But must save the trees. They also asked +44 to comment on AVA's debut album: "We Don't Need To Whisper" and Mark said something like all the songs sound almost the same flanger, delay etc etc. You can go to the next track and say hey didn't i just hear this song earlier on or soemthing... They said AVA sounded liek U2 hahaha. Omigosh. I just realised that i typed so much hahaha.
PS: the first full song that i learnt was dammit&all the small things cause both are fucking easy. Hahaha.

The Tom DeLonge Signature starts with Gibson's classic semi-hollowbody design and then jams it into overdrive with an overwound 'Dirty Fingers' humbucking pickup. Its thick, distorted tone is the signature sound of So-Cal punk rock.

that is so not so-cal punk rock, Social Distortions real so-cal punk rock
yeah anyways, its not such a sad thing they broke up, but i believe theyll stay in the hearts of many rockers (those who claim to hate em) as one of their favorite bands at one point as they started out, especially the newer generation.

What's so-cal? Is it so called or is it something to do with California?

yeah if im not wrong.

but blink grew up in so-cal. influenced by so-cal punk rock...

as time passes, they became more pop.

aiya, like i say, genre of music are so diverse and so difficult to define. imo, as long as the music is nice, it is good. so why are u guys so bent on defining wat kinda music certain bands play?

for me, Blink is easy to listen and fun and they do stupid things together and people like it.. so what if they aren't technically good? they do sell..

am I too naggy? oops~
