started to be a fan since 2001. i bought dude ranch, enema of the state, toypaj and the mark tom travis show in that year. i was only 12 then, and my dad threw them away cause it was too vulgar

is blink punk rock? they sound pop..but i wud say they're ABIT punk rock cause their influences are liek descendents...but also the cure..its abit of a mix.

the self titled album was more towards the cure influences

toms guitar is nice...its amazing how he can use that guitar and its high overdrive/distortion (im not sure with the terms), and at the same time, have a nice clean sound when playing in AVA.

yeah. i have to agree plus-44 and AVA doesn't have that edge blink had. I can't really connect to the new stuff. well too bad for us what's gone is gone. I'll just hope soon enough, they'll just be on good terms again, and go on a one-off world tour together and drop by singapore. but its fat hope though i guess.

you know, the first time i heard "carousel", i thought that was the best bass solo ever, but that was 4 years ago, so whatever. but its still a nice song to remember back. damn. miss the blink-182 era. we should do a blink-182 tribute gig or something. haha

They had a problem similar to Blink's...before they started on American Idiot, Mike and Tre felt that Billie Joe was trying to steal the limelight...so they discussed what the problem was and viola! An amazing album!

Green Day absolutely smoshsed Blink at the Pop Disaster Tour, hahaha...

i never been tired of playing blink songs. although most of them are just power chords and simple riffs, i still love them even though i have been playing them for like ages now. i like i miss you... u guys should hear e i miss you live on pepsi smash if u havent seen, whoa... massive overdrive tone. just check out e outro.

i do prefer plus 44 over ava. first of all, plus 44 has great lyrics unlike ava. i realise tt tom always repeat and repeat his words... eg "i cannot live i can't breathe unless you do this with me" and it goes on for 6 times. and he always has this funny style of singing ever since he joined ava... lol he tends to stretch his words alot. plus 44 on the other hand, sounds a bit like e self-titled blink album. i like plus 44 chapter XIII and when your heart's stop beating.

let's pray hard tt somehow blink returns. after over a decade, i dun think they should just quit. come back blink!!!

you got the tabs to the verse and chorus of the song? (actually the entire song except the outro)..

yeah, i have the audio version ripped from youtube...i listen to it everyday...i prefer the live one as opposed to the album version...

but the album one is still..nice..ballad kinda stuff
