Hello people.

I know some of you hate them.I can tell many people hate them i dont know why:confused:

Some even love them and trying to be them :)

So yeah....everybody heared about a7x all this espcially their famous hit which everyone listen to even u hate them or not ..title Unholy Confession and Chapter 4.

SO yeah...i open a thread for a7x haters and lovers.So we can understand about each other feeling towards their music.

Well they cant be called a metal band.
But they are good musician in a way..
Personally i love the song Remmision,Darkness Surrounding and Burn it Down.
 
HEY! i'm quite a fan of them lol. well they cant really be called metal. but they are kinda good in a way you know? ^^ hhheehes. but i dont like a bit of them too. like how they changed from the first album to their current lbc album. D:
 
They're not metal. Thats the only thing that is making everyone angry, because They're getting so much attention for being a great metal band, but they're being mislabeled as metal even though they're rock punk or whatever

definitely not metal anymore.. but still, i love em...
Even their B-side album (diamonds in the rough) amuses me...

they are not like other metal bands that think genres other than metal are lame.. instead they are still experimenting...

Their bckgrnd of hardcore music just makes it easy to listen to and more acceptable to a larger audience..

now songs that really appeal to me is until the end in diamonds in the rough..

btw, syn gates is damn cool and i dun care...
 
Who the hell cares which genre they're in... Their songs are nice :) It's pathetic if people like a certain band because that band is in this genre, which associates them with blah blah blah.
 
what an avenged sevenfold thread? r u kidding me !!! I'm a fcking fan since 2004 when they released city of evil ! hahahah ! I got about 98% of their song from the first album till now in my hp !

Love them , especially synyster gates . Wat a fcking cool guitarist ! love his shreds !

Did anybody when to their gig last yea 24 OCT? I fcking when and i got a fcking Johnny christ(a7x bassist) pick ! so happy sia !!!! woooohooo !
 
I like 'Chapter four', it's the only song by A7x I can play in its entirety by heart, mainly because my band covers it. I like the way the vocals are harmonized in the verse (Zacky is singing the verse while M. Shadows is doing the distorted background vocals), it's just very cool.

I find genre stereotyping quite ridiculous, I think the whole A7x being metal thing was started by Hit Parader magazine. That magazine lists hard rock bands like Godsmack as heavy metal. The most misled magazine I've ever come across.

I'm not a hardcore fan of A7x but I like their music purely because their music is good to my ears. And Zacky and Synyster can perform their lead parts live, unlike Herman Li and Sam Totman.
 
i wouldn't call Avenged Sevenfold metal. but if you know me, you'd know that i'm a huge supporter of them.

they impress me so much as musicians. the fact that they incorporate so many different styles into their music and yet still having a touch of the Avenged Sevenfold style. one song that still impresses me, even now that it's 5 years since that album came out, is Sidewinder. i can never listen to it without going "Dammit this is brilliant."

in short, Avenged Sevenfold = <3

at least, it is for me. =D

I'd second that.

And their newest album, in my most sincere and honest opinion, was the biggest load of dung I've listened to.

But like i said, it's just my opinion. :)
 
i like beast and the harlot. it's the 1st song i've heard from A7X which subsequently got me addicted to them. damn cool band. the music they make is rly unique. i wun classify them as metal. but their drums and solos kickass in my opinion.
