Adding an FX Loop on an FX Loop-less amp

Just want a quick check if such a mod is possible on amps that has none to begin with. Or would it be wiser to acquire one that already has it? Tube or SS irregardless.

You'll need to trace the circuit, find out where the preamp connects to the poweramp.

Break that connection, and connect one end to a 1/4" jack and the other end to a 2nd 1/4", that's your effect send and effect return.

You'll need somewhere where you can drill 2 holes and attach these jacks.

... you may need to get impedance right or else signal gets loaded down.

If you are new to electronics ...please avoid doin this as there is lots more to just breaking a connection.
