For a deserted island I would need a bit of variety so here is my list, not my all time top five though.

For a bit of rock
Rolling Stones – Sticky Fingers (a classic band in its classic period, Mick Taylor version of the stones at their best)
Lynyrd Skynyrd – One more for (from) the road

For a bluesy / funk vibe
Hamilton Loomis- “Kickin It” (possibly my album buy of the year)

For something a little quieter
David Grey- “A new day begins at Midnight” (really nice album stands up to multiple listens)

And for something to get me through the day
Electrico- “So much more inside” ( I defy anyone not to sing along with those songs)

That's cool Bro... What a whole lot of genre..

Mixing and listening to different kind of music is what I'm into now.

Let me add another 5 more in case I'm stranded the second time

1) Eric Clapton Unplugged

2) Brand New Day (Sting)

3) Wages Of Sin (Arch Enemy)

4) Best of New Kids On The Block (NKOTB)

I know what some ppl may be thinking.. WTF is a boy band doing here..
Come on.. All of us do have soft spots. I'm into them (NKOTB) as they are the original Boy band.. Plus Take that.. All the rest are just wannabes...
