Wiping down after playing- do you?

I clean the strings with a cloth after playing, and am thinking of getting string cleaners or something when I get the chance. Only clean every other part of the guitar when I'm changing strings.

I clean up my guitar after every play. Clean instruments last longer. I spent hard-earned money on these fine instruments. They are works of art, and are meant for some self-relaxation and admiration. No way am I gonna abuse them.

Yup - I cant stand owners who hack-care their instrument, and tell me "like this then look rugged!"

Hahaha nice to finally meet guys that give tender loving care to their lovely "wives".....cause honestly i am always mocked by my bandmates and fellow guitarists for giving "too much care" to my lovely instruments......now i know i am sane after all lol!!!!

i have the standard few bottles of guitar cleaning products! Wax, lemon oil, string conditioner

i dont use the string conditioner as much cause i'm more free with replacing strings now, but the first two I use alot!

It pains and irritates the hell out of me when i trade for new guitars the condition is very very unsatisfactory, I for one like to keep guitars in mint/shiny condition, not only they look nicer but feels nicer to play as well.

strings are a must to wipe down. cos my sweaty palms can kill a new set of strings in 24 hours

for my guitar. i only wipe it down when it looks dirty or after gigs when it'll be filled with sweat

Keke I think I must be sick that I clean it everytime any of my guitars leaves its case, strings ,neck, bridge, body and etc all gets a gd wipe down......occasional polishing when i have the free time........I must be nuts lol!
