oh ok Petrucci.....i haven't really heard him covering other players except a few tracks of metallica...led zep and few others. I do agree though that his playing is flawless.....between cd and live he's got that incredible consistency in the techniques given the amount of details in all their tracks.

there is a song in his "Guitar Shop" album that he used artificial harmonics+tremolo for most the tune. that's really impossible to me, especially on a standard Fender trem!

in his newer album "You Had It Coming", he employed a similar technique on one song. it sounds like a classical Indian vocals!
