I'm actually interested in DR's Extra Life for my electric, but for acoustic when tone matters the most, I'm sticking to my EB Super Slinkies

also, i've got to reccomend this product called "DR Extra Stringlife"
bought it at citymusic, bloody expensive though@ 18bux for a small bottle, but a little goes a long way... i just use a spectacle cloth and dab 10c sized spot on it and wipe the strings down after each session. 4 weeks later still silver! If not... i think it's only 3 days before my strings turn to the darkside.
+1 to DR Tite-Fits, i been using my current 9-46 set since last
March! Been jamming 5-6 times, 3 hours at a go, plus daily practice of 20mins-3 hours, depending on time available, i'm only 16 as it is. I wipe them down with Dunlop 95 string cleaner after i play. Until now, the tone is at 25%, string life at 50%, fret life while using strings atill at 95%! I like their bendy feel, bending's a breeze with these strings and they've got that round tone, much like Everlys. Sure the strings are dull now, both in tone and appearance but what the heck, they have lasted almost a year! For the price, this ain't expensive at all! Yes, i admit that i haven't tried other strings b4 but i assure you, this will be one investment u won't regret.
