Which amps available in S'pore?

Umm, looking for a tube head for about 1000$ Singapore. or maybe little more. Even if its not tube and it sounds good, i dont mind buying it.
Peavey 5150 , XXL , JSX (i think this is 2000$ :mrgreen: )

Laneys
i dont know , id like to know whats available and for how much since ill be coming to singpore for 4 days and ill hve only half a day to pick an amp.

why not check the class ads for 2nd hand tube amps as the range of amps available at $1050 is somewhat limited.
also check on stock availability before you come down since they may or may not have any on-hand, and if not, they have to order.
Gries (www.mtlutherie.com) and THD (TY music) are some brands that you can look at. There might even be an new old stock Reverend that Malcolm at mtlutherie might have available for sale.

if you are into tube drive + pedal employment, this one's recommended (available here):
I dont mind even a good solid state amp. I think i might settle for the XXL head. But i wont have time in singapore. It's just a 4 day tour and i have just 3 hours for shopping. In that three hours i must play an ESP eclipse , buy a metal muff and pick up an amp head.

the price for the So-CAL 50H is yet to be released...
i tried it in its full glory, both its 50W capacity (great clean headroom) & its attenuated 25W mode (a very appealing interaction with drive in this reduced wattage, more so with a drive pedal in the chain to boost the default drive- great!). the drive per se isn't impressive though, it just needs to be pushed to make it sing.
there's so much fanfare pertaining to the Valve Jr, but the So-CAL 50 is the overlooked gem here. i'm indifferent to Epiphone guitars but the amp has a different appeal
