where to repair guitars?

i have 3 guitars.. All of them need some servicing at e moment. i went to few places for repairing & service.. some places are really ex and some are really terrible.i need 2 set up my 2 guitars and 1 has 2 re-solder e input jack.
so please recommend.

i wouldnt call this repair, its more of maintenance

The pickup selector isn't working unless it is on mid, soldering problem most likely. And there are rust and stuff. Neck seems out of shape. I wonder how much it'd cost in total.
