-= WHAT's YOUR FAVOURITE GUITAR & WHY =-

mannn the parkers look tasty too

thin body , conical f board radius
i wonder how they install the fretwires with no tangs on it :)

SGs, in particular my own sg. It's my workhorse, it's my gigging axe it's everything. Good neck. good body, amazing weight, amazing tone, what more can you ask for.

That's actually kind of a big problem there. o_O

well if i'm not wrong all prs se have that same prob...heard it has to do with the nut. after selling it off i read that the nut is set kinda too low or something so once the nut is changed then its stable
but overall the tone is the best among all my axes so far :D

Don't like Parker...........

It's hideous. And its not woody... yes they do sound good... but I can't get past the non woody tone.

Fav guitar - Right now the Yamaha RGX A2 with moded 3 way pickup and tone knob

Likes- Really sick tone and sustain. Fast fret. resonated really well.

Dislikes- Gloss black means loads of fingerprints and is a pain in the center ass to clean it.

What could be improved- None gloss maybe satin. Locking tuners instead of barrel ones. Whammy.

definitely a gibson les paul
:D

love that tone
love the finish
love everything about it
even the thick neck.

but i already have an epi lespaul
wanna more variety next.... am looking into
fender telecasters
wud be my next guitar once i got nuff $$$ for it

In my really limited experience, my favourite so far is the RGA321. Mine's the first gen, they now come with actives, so a little disappointed as I was thinking of getting another. =(

Wizard neck, real nice feel (satin finished), frets are very well done, nicely rounded ends, levelled properly. The arch top is comfy and looks gorgeous. Thick maple cap plus mahogany body makes for a very well balanced tone. The mahogany is not as thick as a LP, tho, so it's not too dark sounding. A little on the bright side. Not too heavy, neither.

Bridge is comfy and helps the sustain a lot (easy to change strings, too). Good pickup config: the HH config with the neck humbucker in parallel sounds sweet! Swapped for a SD Jazz and JB combi, very versatile. The stock IBZ neck pickup is also very nice. The nut is very well cut, but I had changed it to a bone nut courtesy of Malcolm (very neat job, I must say!). After Malcolm's setup, she plays even betterest!

In short, the best design Ibanez ever came up with. She's my number one!
