a gd G3 to me would be Vai, andy timmons and Jeff Beck.

But Just to watch 3 of my fav guitarist, hmmm wld be Vai Jeff Beck and Buddy guy. LOL, Buddy wld play the blues, and Vai his usually stuff, then Beck can do both blues n the more experimental stuff

I think Slash would not be a good choice.
He's seriously a band player and I never heard him do critically-acclaimed instrumentals.

If Slash were to be included,
I want G3 to go into a bluesy direction and take:
B.B King
Gary Moore
Eric Clapton
(Any two of them)

Then that will be kickass.

But yeah,actually I don't know why Slash is not included.
Not rock n' roll enough.

What a jam that would be when it comes down to the mass jam at the end.
