The difference between a 250k and a 500k pot is 250kilo ohms worth of resistance.

For the ears, 500k = more treble.

i think i'll go for that Epiphone guitar shaped like a car trailer. or the hello kitty sg or maybe even the doremon guitar at davis.

i would say epiphone SG.
if the neck is thinner it would be the best neck for me.
frets aint too big. I have small fingers, so jumbo frets like RG make is real hard for me to play.

Somehow i feel uncomfortable playing a strat while standing, i cant find the right position as compared to a SG.

is it only me? or do others feel this way as well?

Try playing an Explorer while seated. Your right shoulder will be cramped like... well, a vice clamp.

i think an ibanez with floating bridges works for me... but the prob is, their designs are quite limited... usually black and all... no fancy stuff at desirable prices....

there used to be a RGT model with cross inlays on sale for $600 @ swee lee. but i tink it was grabbed swiftly.

had a strat as my first guitar...changed to a flying v & finally playin with semi-hollows now..i guess i am in love with semi hollows now..just the right sound for me..nice smooth jazzy tone..ahha..
