What guitars do you think suit what you play?

i make sure my guitars suit what i play. the reason why my tele looks like this:

anything with a s-s-h or s-s-s pup configuration

a fender strat tops it all

Not much preferences, but I prefer strats and soloists, have problems holding a Les Paul, especially the fat ones

subby me like teles like that too! for me, a 22 x-jumbo frets tele maple fingerboard with stacked hum bridge does it for me..someday would like a tele with a customised scalloped neck, like yjm..never really heard of scalloped tele fretboards..

A custom built strat with PAF neck, hot noiseless strat pup, noiseless tele pup & tone zone bridge with 22 jumbo fret rosewd on maple neck will do it for me...in fact I'm in the midst of building one now...

May I ask what's the difference between scalloped necks and normal necks?
..and why artists like Vai,or some of you softies here scallop from frets 21-24?
